A site is configured with a location and permitted radius. During location-controlled clocking, Shiftly checks the device location and accuracy against that site area before submitting the event.
When the configured clocking workflow requires the employee or device to be inside the site radius, an outside-site attempt is blocked rather than accepted as a normal clock event.
